EA throws an iPhone Sale!!!

Just in time for the release of the iPad, EA is preemptively having themselves a sale on 25 of their iPhone titles for a limited time.  Keep in mind, that if you're planning on picking up an iPad tomorrow, you will be able to play all of these games on it; and look at you for saving a pretty penny while doing it.  Kudos!

There are a few stand-out titles, such as Monopoly ($2.99), Wolfenstein RPG ($0.99), and Mass Effect Galaxy ($0.99).  See the full list of titles and prices, after the break.  Sale runs through April 5th.

To begin, draw an 'S', and now a more different 'S'... | Trogday!

You have about 11 more hours to take advantage of a free complete Episode from Telltale's episodic game series "Strong Bad's Cool Game for Attractive People".  In celebration of the 7th anniversary of the "s" that turned INTO a Dragon, HomestarRunner.com and Telltale are giving away the "8-Bit is Enough" episode from the titular series.

We have a special place in our hearts for the Lord's work that they're doing over at HomestarRunner.com, and even through they've been MIA since 12/1/2009 (year of our Lord); they will always bring a smile to our face.  If you're not a fan, (or have no idea what we're talking about), FIRST, go download the free episode, and THEN go check out the site.  Trust us, you'll not be disappointed.

Go to www.trogday.com and just enter your e-mail and a password (e-mail is for them to send you a serial number).  After that, if you like what you've played (or were on the fence before); Telltale is making the full season available for a reduced price of $19.95 (down from $29.95).

That's a savings of TEN DOLLARS!!!  Act now, don't delay (but wait, there's NOT more).

Some game deals for the week | Shameless Plugging

Hey you guys and gals out there in internet vapor-land. Your local Best Buy is running a decent-but-not-the-greatest of all sales now. It's really a matter of the games. You can get $10 off instantly a few high-profile titles if you haven't already picked these up.

Halo Wars
Gears of War 2
Fable 2
Fallout 3 (Xbox 360 and PS3 versions)

Great selection of games, with about a 16% discount, if you do the math. Not bad, but again, not terribly great either, but we already told you that.

Enjoy!

Xbox Live's April Deals! | Deals

Microsoft has announced, revealed and unveiled the details of the April Xbox Live Deal of the Week program. The best of which is the Penny Arcade Adventures, a sweet game that I've been putting off picking up since it was released.

Starting April 6th, the title will be available for 800 points. That's half off the original 1600 point asking price! Of course it only downloads half of the game...(I kid, I kid)

For the rest of the month, you can find a few more deals. Starting April 13th, you can download Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter 2 Co-Op collection (typeful) for 320 points. Week after that, The Spyglass Hill Golf Course add-on for Tiger Woods 09 (400 points) and lastly, the deals end with NBA Live 365 Subscription add-on for only 560 points.

Mark your calendars!

Now we don't normally do a lot of posts on PC games, but this title is also available on Xbox 360 and PS3 - for only $36.99 with free shipping, either way, not a bad deal.

Now who's looking for a Resident Evil Deal? (Gamedeals) (Update)

***Update: 3/17 - This deal is now expired***

If you're in the market for a brand new shiny game-disc that happens to have data burned on it of the Resident Evil:5 variety, you may want to point your compass to your local Toys'R'Us. They are offering a $20 gift card with the purchase of the game (on either PS3 or Xbox 360). So a free $20 gift card just for stopping in and saying hello to Geoffrey (the giraffe). You're going to pay full-price anywhere else, so if a Toys'R'Us isn't too far out of your way, walk right up and plunk down your $60, and use the $20 they give you back, to extend your Polly Pocket collection. Time if of the essensce, as you'll see this deal is ONLY good from 03/13/2009 - 03/14/2009. Godspeed to you!

Oh, and by the way...Tell 'em I sent ya. Trust me, they'll know what you mean.
