Resident Evil DLC coming...eventually.

Out of all of the recent games that have been released, I have yet to see a company release a game with only a single player mode, only to release the multiplayer aspect "shortly" afterwards, at a fee to the consumer.

I can say that is a good thing that the DLC is only 5 dollars, as opposed to Gears 2 map pack available shortly after release for 10 dollars. The other issue with this, is that Capcom had planned on releasing the multiplayer pack "shortly" after release, but also stated today that it had been pushed back to April 9th in Japan, with no word on when it will be available in North America.

Lets hope that the singleplayer mode can hold me over until the DLC multiplayer is released, and the pack is worth the additional money, or else this will be yet another game to get traded into Gamestop for half of what I paid for.
